360° Book project to the benefit of foundations

Jacques Nadeau has bought a page from the 360° Book Projet, to the benefit of the Fondation du CHUM.

November 19, 2009 - Famed Canadian photographer Yanick Dery is launching today his photographic production; the 360° Book project on www.yanickdery.com, in order to raise 41 million euros to benefit world charities, of which the Fondation du CHUM.

360° is a book of 360 photos for which each page has a unique donation value, including a million euro first page. For each donation, 75% of the proceeds will be transferred to the donator’s charity of choice.

‘’I am a privileged guy!’’ says Yanick Dery. ‘’At 35, I wanted to share my luck and talent with charities by offering a unique approach to increase their fund-raising activities.  This way, I will celebrate the donators helping them share their personal vision of charity and generosity while contributing to help raise funds for selected foundations around the world.’’

This new tool to encourage donations is unique and exciting, because the contributor can choose which page they will be features on by selecting the value they would like to donate.  Yanick Dery will shoot the picture that will be featured in the book whether it is a photo of the donator or unless the donator prefers otherwise.

Only 360 people or companies will have the privilege to be featured in this luxurious production.  The book is destined to art lover and collectors during the unveiling on October 7, 2013, on Dery’s 40th birthday.  A mass product book of 13x19 will be produced as well a luxurious large scale book for limited distribution.
