After all, gratitude is at the heart of everything we do at the Foundation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This special day is dedicated to our community. It is a meaningful opportunity for the CHUM Foundation to recognize the <a href=\"https:\/\/fondationduchum.com\/en\/why-give\/where-your-donations-go\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"438\">real impact<\/a> our community&#8217;s generosity has on innovating in health care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Behind every gift, every hour volunteered and every partnership is a shared commitment to creating a healthier future. The Thank-a-thon allows us to celebrate these remarkable contributions and to remind our community that every act of generosity makes a difference.
