The third edition of the Great Evening for Neuro was held on October 8. Close to 100 attendees gathered at Les Enfants Terribles on Nuns\u2019 Island to enjoy a delicious cocktail reception to benefit the CHUM\u2019s neurology unit. Between the intimate atmosphere on the banks of the St. Lawrence and the delectable treats, the evening was a smashing success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Generosity in action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Organized by Dr. Dang-Khoa Nguyen, head of the neurology unit, and Dr. Sylvain Chouinard, CHUM neurologist, this benefit event successfully raised an amazing $80,000! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This money will help to advance neuroscience research and save more lives, including by supporting the development of an international fellowship program to attract highly qualified new experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
