Win a condo located in the heart of Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles

The grand prize of the Fondation du CHUM Grand Prize Draw is a 383 sq. ft. urban condo located on the 16th floor of a fantastic complex that is being built in the heart of Montreal’s Quartier des spectacles.

Imperia Condominiums: Experience the vibrancy of Montreal

The condo building, Imperia Condominiums, will be built near the iconic Imperial theatre on De Bleury street. The 22-storey mixed-use building will have 221 residential units and should be completed by 2023.

The spectacular complex will have a fully-equipped fitness room, a yoga room, and a bistro-style gourmet restaurant. the 21st and 22nd floors will be dedicated to a delightful urban chalet where residents can relax and socialize. The Imperia Condominiums building will also feature a rooftop terrace with a 4-season hot tub and a breathtaking view of Mount Royal and the downtown core.

The unit you could win comes with several appliances and pieces of furniture built-in, all chosen to make the most of the available space:

The prize also covers certain condo-related expenses

If you win the condo, you will also receive an allowance of up to $7,000 to cover the welcome tax, notary fees, certificate of location, home insurance for the first year and condo fees for the first 2 years.

How to participate in the Grand Prize Draw for the chance to win the condo

For the chance to win the condo, enter the Grand Prize Draw by purchasing tickets for $10 each on the Fondation du CHUM microsite before June 3, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

You can also get tickets for the Grand Prize Draw from our partners Metro and BMR at participating Metro grocery stores, while grocery shopping online at metro.ca, or from the bmr.co website. If you get tickets from one of our partners, don’t forget to use your registration code to get a personalized electronic ticket so that you can be contacted more easily if you win.
