The health sector is facing a multitude of complex challenges, including major labour shortages, rapid digital transformation and a new generation of practitioners that need to be better prepared to effectively use artificial intelligence (AI) in their work.
Through your generosity, the Summer Academy: The future of health will be equipped to address all of these challenges. This educational initiative set within a hospital environment aims to introduce Secondary IV and V students to a range of exciting and diverse career options in the health sector. It also serves as a way to raise awareness among the new generation about the increasing importance of digital technologies in healthcare settings.
The Academy offers select students a five-day immersive experience, alongside virtual workshops with resources that direct students toward additional training opportunities. Your donations would help us in our goal to expand this innovative program across numerous institutions within the network.
