The Number 10 Gala invites you to experience a unique charitable event right on the Hab’s home ice, to benefit the CHUM Foundation’s Guy Lafleur Fund. Help honour the memory of this hockey legend with a big heart, and his determination to act faster than cancer.

*Twenty percent of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to the Centennial Emergency Fund for Montreal Canadiens Alumni.

By supporting the Guy Lafleur Fund, you help advance the personalized oncology medicine program at the CHUM Research Centre. This approach considers the uniqueness of each person and each tumor to develop more effective and tailored treatments.

Cancer remains the leading cause of death in Canada. Your generosity is more crucial than ever to advancing modern medicine and revolutionizing the care of thousands of people affected by this disease.

Created as part of the celebrations surrounding the Montreal Canadiens 100th anniversary, the Centennial Emergency Fund provides financial assistance to former Montreal Canadiens players facing difficulties that threaten or compromise their health and well-being. The funding available helps cover the costs of fundamental needs such as basic living expenses and urgent health care. The Fund also ensures that members of the Canadiens Alumni have access to other resources to complement the assistance offered or to meet longer-term needs.
