An artistic event in support of digestive cancer research
Building on its success year after year, the D’art et d’espoir benefit concert returns for its 6th edition on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Led by Dr. Frank Schwenter, a digestive surgery specialist at the CHUM and accomplished cellist, this unique event brings together music, commitment, and hope in support of digestive cancer research.
Joined by pianist Claire Ouellet, he will take you on a musical journey performing celebrated works by Beethoven, Brahms, and Grieg.
Beyond the artistic performance, this evening highlights the strong bonds that unite researchers, healthcare professionals, patients, loved ones, and donors around a shared goal: supporting innovation and accelerating research breakthroughs.

- 4:30 p.m.: First set
- 5:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.: intermission
- 5:45 p.m.: second part
- 6:30 p.m.: cocktail reception with hors d’oeuvres
