Yes, payments at donation stations are secure. Our card readers meet the latest security standards so you can donate with complete peace of mind.
You can use a credit or debit card to make a donation.
No. Donation stations do not accept cash. If you’d like to make a donation in cash, you can do so at the CHUM Foundation office (on the ground floor of the hospital, near the Sanguinet Street entrance).
Yes, you can use contactless payment as permitted by your bank.
Once your payment goes through, a transaction receipt will print automatically, just like when you pay in a store!
Monthly donations are not available at donation stations. You can set up a monthly donation by clicking here or by filling out a donation form at the CHUM Foundation office on the ground floor of the CHUM (near the Sanguinet Street entrance).
Unfortunately, donations made at donation stations cannot be earmarked for specific causes.

Donation receipt
Yes! Don’t forget to continue to the next step after using a credit or debit card to make your donation. You’ll be able to enter your contact information and get a donation receipt.
After entering your contact information at the station, you can choose to have a tax receipt sent via email or mailed directly to your home.
If you don’t fill out your contact information (first and last name and address), your donation will be anonymous, which means no tax receipt will be issued. If you’d like to get a receipt, email us at info@fondationduchum.com or call us at 1-866-DON-CHUM. Be sure to have your transaction receipt handy so our team can confirm your donation.
