The Grand Banquet de l’extraordinaire is one of the CHUM Foundation’s signature events. Every year, this upscale benefit brings together hundreds of thought leaders, heads of business, celebrated artists and renowned physicians who all care deeply about our greatest resource: health.
This benefit event shines a spotlight on the extraordinary work done by the CHUM’s teams. It’s also tremendously important to the CHUM Foundation, as the previous two banquets helped raise $2.8 million for our extraordinary hospital.

The Grand Banquet de l’extraordinaire 2024
The Grand Banquet de l’extraordinaire, co-chaired by Nadine Renaud-Tinker, President of RBC’s Quebec Headquarters, and Kheng Ly, President and CEO of Brivia Group, is back for a third time at the amazing Salle des pas perdus in Windsor Station.
The Grand Banquet de l’extraordinaire, with this year’s theme of Spotlight, promises to transport you into an extraordinary uncharted world. The nearly 550 guests supporting the CHUM can expect a skillfully orchestrated blend of culinary and sensory delights.

Honouring the professionals who shine a spotlight on the body’s biggest mysteries
The body is much like the ocean floor, with all kinds of secrets tucked away from sight. For the third-ever Grand Banquet de l’extraordinaire, we are celebrating a department that shines a spotlight on the unseen and plumbs the depths of the human body to uncover its mysteries: the radiology and nuclear medicine department. Behind the imaging and the diagnoses are the department’s teams, who do brilliant work.
